Is international shipping available?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. We are working to make it possible. You can subscribe to our email to be notified when we make it available.

What if the package gets lost in shipping? Or it shows that it has been delivered but no package was received?

Please reach out to the appropriate postal services to file the claim. We are not responsible for lost packages.

How quickly do you ship?

For products that are available on the website, we aim to ship within 2 days. For pre-order or launches, we need 8-9 days to ship the product. For custom orders, we try to ship within 10 days once the prototype is finalized with the client. Also, ensure to add the shipping days depending on your choice of delivery option. So please plan accordingly.

Do you accept refunds/ returns?

Varies on an order-to-order basis. Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the order at info@studioavisha.com. Please be informed that we will need proof of damage and proof of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders.

Please be ensure that we have a very thorough quality check process and bending test. Each piece goes through the process at least twice. We work hard to make sure only quality pieces are used for the final product.

Since products are handmade, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not offer returns/ refunds for minor imperfections.
